2. E-commerce / Book Sales Terms

When you place an order for a book (or other product) via this site, the following terms apply:

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Pricing & Taxes: Prices listed include or exclude applicable taxes/duties (as indicated). You are responsible for taxes, import duties, or any additional charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Shipping & Delivery: We will ship your order to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you once the item is shipped.
• Returns / Refunds / Exchanges: Books are eligible for return within 14 days, unopened, at the buyer’s expense.
• Digital Products: If the site offers digital downloads (eBooks, bundles, etc.), upon payment, you will receive a link to download. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns unless they are defective. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Stevens County of Washington State. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colville, Washington (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
